Authentic branding your customers will adore,
created with love and integrity.
Does this sound like you?
You’re the best at what you do, but what you do isn’t marketing. (That’s totally okay, by the way.)
You need a brand that converts, that your clients will LOVE, but you don’t know where to start.
You want it to feel like YOU, not some cheesy, schmoozy, slick message with a whole lotta ick factor.
Have you worked with designers who’ve
… not taken the time to really get to know you, your customers, and your business?
… charged you a lot of money and delivered lackluster results, or dropped off the face of the planet?
… promised to support you, then left you hanging after your last payment cleared?
I hear you, and you’re in the right place.
Here’s How I Help
A cohesive brand that’s rolled out to all of your marketing mediums is the first step to uplevelling your presence. It’s also my very favourite thing to do.
I’ve spent over a decade designing digital and print materials that delight and dazzle clients, all over the globe. Got a project you need brought to life? I’ve got you.
Need clarity on who your ideal client is? Not sure what the best method to deliver your message is? Need some guidance and inspiration? I’m your gal!
Before I get too far, allow me to introduce myself…
I’m a brand strategist that helps you develop branding that feels juicy and luscious to you, and that becomes so irresistible to your clients that it’s love at first sight. The right branding feels like a pair of well-worn shoes… it feels so good, so authentically you, that it becomes an extension of yourself.
And when you love it, your customers can feel it.
I’m a conscious entrepreneur who believes that above all else, business owners should feel empowered in the work that they do. Working for yourself is demanding on your time, your energy, your resources. It can be risky too. And while you’re great at whatever it is that you do, marketing may not be your strong suit… and that’s where I come in. I believe it helps to have a bit of insight into the world of marketing and communications to not only make sure you’re being represented as your most authentic self, but so that you’re protected and empowered when you outsource some of this work to the pros. Knowledge is power, and I want to help you get there.
I’ve spent the last decade helping small and medium sized businesses with marketing, social media, branding and basic websites. Working with these companies has helped me learn creative ways to get the most out of every dollar.
This week has been a challenging week for me, service wise. I got the run around from a merchant overseas who sent me the wrong item… I had my vacation cancelled because of a mix up with a travel agent (who was also hella rude, but that’s a story for another day)… I had a return that was meant to be expedited but is taking days to get here… Even poor Starbucks had their debit system down, so I had to make an extra pit stop for cash (with time I didn’t really have) and so on.
Kinda weird for this to all happen at once, right?
Let’s start off with this one basic premise…
When someone gives you their email address, there’s a certain amount of trust that is exchanged. I know for me, if I give someone my email address, I expect that they won’t spam me, and that they won’t give it to anyone else. It’s pretty straightforward, it’s not hard to do. This is my email – don’t abuse it.read more
I’ve been doing this little dance between my personal and professional lives and I’ll admit, the line has become blurred. When I first joined Facebook I kept everything VERY separate – my business page had followers, I had friends, and I kept the list pared down to people I knew in real life only. (And even then, the list got culled annually.) However after much of my marketing strategy began to involve my online presence, and Facebook groups specifically, people started added me who I hadn’t met before, and some of them have become friends over time.read more
